As a driven sole business owner, you'll gain from weekly meetings, readily available on-call support, and strategic leadership, all tailored to elevate your specific vision.

    This unique profit-sharing partnership* involves close collaboration with Kris Fleming, where 40% of the profits are shared while you maintain 100% equity and control. A minimum $10,000 annual deposit covers initial administrative costs and signifies your serious commitment to transformative growth.   • Think of it as a hands-on partnership with weekly meetings, comprehensive on-call support, and strategic leadership to guide your business growth. You'll work closely with Kris Fleming, sharing in your business's success without sacrificing any equity. You share 40% of the profit with Kris, and if there's no profit, there's no further obligation beyond the annual deposit. After a maximum of five years, 100% of the profits are yours. This exclusive model is for sole business owners, ensuring focused decision-making without conflicting opinions. An annual deposit, starting at $10,000, is credited against the profit share and covers initial administrative costs, demonstrating your commitment and covering our upfront expenses. As a small business owner, The Inner Circle offers a unique opportunity to share in your business's profitability without the burden of costly consulting fees.

    • You are great at what you do and you love it! But the “running the business” part is leaving something to be desired.

    • You are the sole or majority business owner with full decision-making authority.

    • You are fully committed to growing your business.

    • You are currently facing challenges with profitability, financial management, and/or team efficiency.

  • While women-owned businesses represent a significant portion of US businesses, with a disproportionately small percentage reaching $1MM in annual revenue compared to non-women-owned businesses, I do not work exclusively with women. I am deeply committed to supporting women entrepreneurs in reaching multi-million dollar status, as there is a clear need. However, approximately half of my clients are men, and I am passionate about supporting ambitious entrepreneurs from all backgrounds and demographics.

  • Having consulted countless entrepreneurs, I've recognized that the significant fees associated with traditional consulting often put it out of reach for those who could benefit the most. This profit-sharing model was specifically developed to offer an accessible initial investment, aligning our interests to benefit from the profit growth we achieve together. You only pay more as your business becomes more profitable, ensuring a shared incentive for growth. This is a performance-based model, similar to a commission-only contractor: the more you earn, the more I earn.

  • You certainly could! However, traditional business partners typically expect both profit sharing and long-term equity in your business. With the fractional business partner model, you retain 100% ownership (equity); we share in the shorter-term benefits (profit share for up to 5 years). Furthermore, you remain the ultimate decision-maker. While collaboration and agreement are ideal, your company remains entirely yours.

    Furthermore, in a traditional business partnership it can be very difficult to impossible to end the relationship without damaging or dissolving the business entirely. (Ask me how I know.)

  • Unlike standard coaching, consulting, or mentorship, I'm not just giving advice from the sidelines. I work closely with you in analyzing, innovating, problem-solving, and strategizing. You gain the advantage of an experienced "partner" in a performance-based, affordable model where you retain full ownership of your company. Moreover, I will never interfere with your company's operations against your wishes. While I will require "view-only" access to accounting and bank accounts for transparency, I will not have the authority to make transactions or write checks, unlike a traditional business partner. This is the only way that the profit sharing transparency can be ensured.

    Together, we will:

    • Evaluate and/or develop your comprehensive business plan.

    • Identify and/or refine your ideal marketing niche.

    • Develop and/or improve your compelling "elevator pitch."

    • Develop and/or enhance your marketing funnels and materials.

    • Develop and/or streamline your processes for efficiency and scalability.

    • Develop and improve your cash management systems to ensure profitability, so we both get paid!

    • Clarify your goals, breaking them down into measurable 90-day sprints to ensure you not only achieve success but have a clear understanding of what it looks like and a defined path to get there.

    • Collaboratively address challenges as they arise to find the best solutions for you.

    • Celebrate your successes together!

    • Hold you accountable for your commitments.

  • Firstly, if you wish to involve your spouse or life partner, that's perfectly acceptable, provided you remain the ultimate decision-maker. We must avoid the time-consuming process of cross-discussion and convincing. If this becomes an issue, we will need to transition to a more traditional contract-based consulting structure, and any remainder of your initial deposit will be applied to that arrangement.


    Secondly, the majority of our time will be dedicated to your specific business. There may be occasional group sessions with other Inner Circle members when appropriate. There might also be opportunities for optional in-person workshop retreats for all Inner Circle members, which would involve additional travel costs if you choose to attend.


    Thirdly, it's highly likely, if not required, that we will collaborate with your tax advisor or bookkeeper, and potentially your attorney. Marketing companies, client conversations, and my team may also be involved in some communications or meetings. Your confidential and proprietary information will never be shared without your explicit written consent and only when absolutely necessary. In most cases, if such information needs to be shared with an external party, you will be responsible for doing so.


    Please note: a third-party bookkeeper of your choosing and my approval, who is completely independent of you, is a mandatory requirement. Transparency in financial records is essential for this partnership to succeed!

  • We will meet virtually via recorded sessions, averaging once per week for 90 minutes. Depending on our respective schedules, we aim for approximately 40 to 48 meetings within a 12-month period. We understand that vacation time and other calendar conflicts will occur, so our goal is to have at least three one-to-one sessions per month, supplemented by as-needed meetings for specific projects and initiatives.


    Recordings will be shared only with my team and you and will not be shared further without your explicit permission. You may share them with your close team, but not publicly or on social media.


    In-person meetings are possible upon your request, but please be aware that maintaining affordability for the program involves minimizing travel expenses and time. Any additional travel costs incurred for in-person meetings will be billed at 125% of their actual cost, and travel time will be billed at an hourly rate, not offset by the profit-sharing structure or retainer.

  • Yes and no. As your fractional business partner, I will be deeply involved in analyzing, innovating, problem-solving, and strategizing with you. This hands-on collaboration distinguishes The Inner Circle from traditional coaching or consulting models. However, I am not your employee. While committed to your success, I won't execute daily operations, make direct sales, or sign contracts on your behalf. Think of it this way: I work with you, not for you, providing expert guidance, helping you implement strategies (like setting up processes, software, and sales funnels, or creating basic graphic designs), and connecting you with valuable resources. You retain control and responsibility for the day-to-day execution.

  • My confidence stems from the application of the Profit First methodology by Mike Michalowicz. This proven cash management system is central to our work together. Understanding this methodology is crucial for your success and our shared profitability. If you are not familiar, please read the book or listen to the audio version, whether or not you and I work together! In fact, this entire concept of the fractional business partnership was inspired by Mike’s very similar program. (Thanks, Mike!)

  • Absolutely! Many entrepreneurs achieve success independently. However, navigating the complexities of business growth can be challenging, and even experienced individuals can fall into common pitfalls. While I can't guarantee success, The Inner Circle significantly increases your odds by providing expert guidance and accountability, helping you avoid costly mistakes. Additionally, my website and The Genius Network offer valuable free and low-cost resources you can utilize, either way.

  • While my commitment is to prevent this, and I believe in your dedication as well, unforeseen circumstances can occur. In the event of business failure, your financial obligation to me is limited to your initial deposit and any profits already distributed or slated for distribution. However, if failure results from a breach of your commitments or unethical practices, our agreement may be terminated without refund. My reputation is paramount to me, and integrity is non-negotiable.

  • The Inner Circle program is annually renewable and is intentionally structured for a maximum duration of three to five years. We will regularly evaluate our progress (at least twice annually, and likely quarterly) and we will mutually discuss potential renewal each year. While a longer-term business relationship isn't excluded, it would operate under a different structure after the The Inner Circle program.

  • To ensure the best possible partnerships, I carefully select entrepreneurs whose businesses and goals align with my expertise. The application process allows me to assess if I can genuinely provide the support you need. Additionally, the initial deposit covers administrative costs associated with onboarding and signifies your serious commitment to the program. My experience shows that a tangible investment fosters greater engagement and mutual benefit. While I aim to make The Inner Circle accessible, a minimum deposit ensures a strong foundation for our partnership.

  • I understand that this might seem like a significant investment, but let's consider the alternatives. Hiring a full-time strategic leader with similar expertise would be far more expensive. The Inner Circle provides you with years of experience at a fraction of that cost. Moreover, this is a pay-for-performance model. If your profits don't grow, your risk is limited to the initial deposit (excluding zero-tolerance violations). When your profits increase, we both benefit. For example, if your current $15,000 annual profit doubles to $30,000, your share becomes $18,000 – a clear improvement. In this example, the initial deposit (say $10,000) would be credited against my 40% profit portion ($12,000) and I would collect $2,000 in addition to the initial deposit. The 40% profit share demonstrates to you my incentive to actively work towards maximizing your profitability, aligning our goals for your business's growth.

  • We understand that investing in your business growth can feel like a significant step. The Inner Circle program involves an annual deposit starting at $10,000. This deposit serves a crucial dual purpose. Firstly, it helps cover our administrative costs upfront to begin our business relationship. Secondly, it ensures that you, as the business owner, have "skin in the game". Our experience indicates that a tangible investment fosters greater engagement and mutual benefit, contrasting with situations where too little cost results in too little commitment.

    The initial deposit is credited against the 40% profit share you share with Kris Fleming. If there is no profit, there is generally nothing further to share beyond this annual deposit (unless zero-tolerance contract violations occur). The partnership is designed to run for up to five years, after which 100% of the profits are yours.

    While we would love to work with everyone, the requirement for the initial deposit to be paid in full to begin the relationship is foundational to establishing this committed partnership structure.

  • That's fantastic! Having dedicated team members indicates you're already taking important steps. However, many operations managers and marketing experts excel in their specific areas but may lack expertise in overarching business strategy and financial management for profitability. My role is not to replace your existing team but to augment their efforts with a strategic, holistic perspective focused on driving profit and sustainable growth. I can help you integrate your operational and marketing efforts within a clear financial framework to achieve greater overall success.
