☆ Life Application: What positive habits are you working to develop right now? What negative habits are you working to end? If you are working to develop positive habits, have you written them down? With a time frame? And an action plan? Have you created a reward for yourself for achievement? What happens if you do not achieve the goal? This is not about punishing yourself. This is about using your brain's natural patterns to help you succeed. For example, “If I accomplish this goal this week, I get to buy myself that new book I want. If I do not accomplish this goal this week, I will have the pain and disappointment of having made no progress in the direction I desire.” It may seem simple, but being aware of the consequences, both positive and negative, are helpful.

☼ Community Impact: How can you support another woman in your life in creating her new habit? Perhaps send her a note of encouragement, or give her a call to tell her that you believe in her. Often, a kind word makes a tremendous difference.
